About R3 Homes LLC: At R3 Homes, LLC we are a broad spectrum contractor. We have 31 years experience in the trade. Jim, started out in the cabinet industry in 1989. From there he moved onto fence and deck work. Along the way he also learned how to paint, install trim, hardwood/ laminate/ vinyl floor, set tile, hang sheetrock, and so much more. From floor to ceiling (plus insulation) Jim has done it. In addition, Jim is a bit OCD (or for those with OCD, it's actually CDO - LOL), and it shows in his workmanship. He is constantly looking for and challenging himself to do it better. He is a constant learner. On a more personal note, Jim really got his start with his grandfather - or Gramps. His grandfather has long since passed away, but to hear Jim tell it, his grandfather could do anything with wood. Jim is inspired by him to always be looking for ways to do a better job - constantly challenging himself. His Gramps was a diy-er and Jim learned so much from him - not the least of which was to do it right or do it over. We like the adage of "measure twice, cut once!...
