About Gecko, Inc. Custom Homes: We are a full service General Contractor offering new custom homes, full design services, additions, remodel and disaster renovations. We are licensed in the state of Oregon and our CCB# is 130223. We have in house carpenters that do all of our framing, trim and siding work. We use licensed, bonded and insured sub-contractors as well. We have a solid relationship with all of our sub-contractors and only use those that we feel provide homeowners with the best of quality at a reasonable price. There is no inital consultation or bid fee. We have on-site meetings with sub contractors prior to giving bids to obtain accurate costs for the homeowner. There is no charge to put together a bid for your project. We can either give you a bid for your project or do cost plus pricing.
