We've been in business since 2004 and maintained a variety of different landscapes. I, Tyler Estes, am owner and operator and i have had a passion for horticulture since i was ten years old. At 18 iwent to clackamas community college to major in horticulture, once i completed school i went on to work for two other landscape companys and an arborist to perfect my skills and knowledge of the industry. We offer complete lawn and garden maintence services as referenced above. We run a crew of myself and occasionally one other. An estimated pricing list follows:
Billing:
-$40.00 per man hour (will run a 1-2 man crew)
Monthly bill due in full 1st of the month
Bronze service- $165.00- basic lawn care & maintenance(1hr wk)
Silver service- $250.00-essential lawn&garden needs(1.5hr wk)
Gold service-$350.00-all lawn & garden needs handled (2hr wk)
Platinum-$$?? Tailor made to fit clients needs
For an additional $30.00-$50.00 a month:
-Maintain plant material nutrition & health care via; fertilization, foliar supplements, reconditioning soils, & IPM (integrated pest management)
-Establish an IPM schedule: disease and pest; prevention and control
-Thatching, aerating, & dead spot renovation (includes seed)
-On request @ additional $$: Mulching beds, with Compost material
