All construction related services are available through my company utilizing sub-contractors as required by law and to be cost effective. I currently employ 3 full time journeyman carpenters. The sub-contractors I work with are all lincensed, bonded and insured caring appropiate insurance, bonding and held harmless agreements. My sub-contrators include Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Concrete, Excavation, Tile/Stone, Cabinetry, Siding, Roofing/Gutters, Insulation, Sheetrock, Painting, Hardwood/Carpet flooring. Trip charges and estimates are free. My proposals and estimates are either stipulated sums, cost plus or guaranteed maximum style quotes.
