We will come to your home, listen to your ideas and take initial measurements. If we believe that we can serve you well, we will invite you to our showroom to see an initial design and budget. There is no charge for these initial consultations. When you are ready to pursue further design refinements and make selections, we will ask you for a design retainer which will be credited back to you when you place your order. we are happy to provide you with references from some of our many satisfied customers. Our staff follows a thorough process of selections so that all your choices are made before the process begins.
