About Highlands Fine Painting and Carpentry,Inc.: I began the business in 1989 while earning my MFA in painting. We currently specialize in medium to large scale custom repainting projects ,as well as, homes undergoing renovations or restorations.We also beleive that no project is too small for us to take on. Our work is primarily residential, but we have also worked in museums and commercial buildings. We are knowledgeable in the use of environmentally friendly products, having used them for many years. We are proud to offer restoration and new woodwork, such as, trims, wainscot, and built-in units. We do not sub-contract work. We enjoy collaborating with homeowners, designers, and general contractors. We are fully licensed, insured and EPA Lead certified renovators . All work is contracted prior to beginnig and all aditional work is approved in writing prior to starting. No client has ever been surprised at the end of a project with a lengthy list of extra charges.Thank you....
