I am Jerry the owner and I have approximately 28 years of experience doing every aspect of pest control that there is. I pride myself on ridding homes and businesses of insects that other "bigger" companies "can't be bothered with", such as Boxelder Bugs and Stink Bugs. When we arrive at your home or business we always do a very thorough examination first. We are "pesty" ourselves in that we do ask you alot of questions. We want to know EXACTLY what and where your pest problems are. Not to sound arrogant or standoffish, but we turn away customers that do not want to talk and work with us to eradicate thier problems. Believe it or not, there are some people who do not want to discuss in detail their pest problems. Other companies will take on these types of jobs just for the money. We will not. We abide by and believe and insist upon doing pest control utilizing the principals that are discussed in INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT. This concept, while widely discussed in the Industry is unfortunately not adhered to in the field by many companies. This concept in essence looks towards pest control as a shared responsibility between the pest control company and the customer, be it a homeowner or an owner of a commercial establishment. Communication is critical! We will talk to you about structural problems that we may find at your home or establishment. In some cases, as in Rodent Proofing, we can provide these services directly to you as ad-ons. In other cases you will need to hire contractors to do structural repairs that are critical in providing you total control. We also emphasize and do all our work with safety being of utmost importance to us. We will use "Green" methods and products where appropriate. We are always going to seminars to keep up our licensing requirements as well as learn about newer, possibly safer materials that can be used on your home or establishment. We do not "force you" into yearly contracts, but we do have yearly contracts available to you.
