When you give your plan to Roger he takes the time to physically go through the entire process and gets estimates as close as possible to present you with a good estimate based on the information you give him. That information enables you to add or deduct items to fit your budget. Once he begins a home, he keeps it moving. If he does an addition, he does all he can to insure that the addition has the appearance that it has always been there. Renovations are carefully planned out to keep your inconvenience down to a minimum. Roger keeps a clean job site, cleaning it every day and tries to keep it swept out. He is there for you from start to finish. He is a stickler for details and excels in complicated roof systems. With approximately 70 plus homes built and numerous renovations and additions he has become well known for his quality workmanship and his service on punch list items. He is more than happy to talk to you about your project or give you an estimate if you need one. No job is too small and is done with the same consideration and workmanship as larger projects. There is a minimal charge for estimates which is deducted from your final bill if we do the work for you.
