We have 2 employees and train them to follow plumbing codes. We believe that a customer complaint is not a problem but an opportunity to prove our warranty is good. The standard rates are as follows: 85$ for individuals 64 years of age and under--$65 for individuals 65 and older including veterans and those signed up with Angies List.Individuals out side the Spartanburg city limits are charged a $15 trip fee. We believe it is your home or business and have a right to ask questions and understand what and why we are doing the work
