About Inside-Out Maintenance Inc: My business hours are determined by the work load and schedule of upcoming projects. I am currently a one-man operation. This gives me that ability to deal directly with the client from first meeting, to contracting, foam insulation application or installation with a strong emphasis on code requirements to protect the clients home. I try not to use sub-contractors, unless it is unavoidable. If I know of another contractor that I am comfortable with and not hesitant to recommend, I do so with the other contractor dealing directly with the home owner. This reduces the overal cost to the home owner and gives them the opportunity to meet, question, and approve of the "sub" that gives them "peace of mind". I provide as many options as possible so that the homeowner can determine what they can or cannot afford. I also offer the ability to segment projects if a home owner does not have the ability to pay out a large amount at one time. This can be very helpful in large projects that are spread out over a period of time, pay as you go.
