About Heritage Home Constructors: We are a contracting firm with design experience. One of our owners has a degree in Architectural Design. This experience enables the company to deliver well thought out planning that saves money and time for our customers. We specialize in remodeling and are fully bonded, insured and in the process of licensing in the state of Tennessee. We can provide references. We use sub-contractors for certain trades as they are better at their chosen trade than we are. All subcontractors have current liability and Worker's Comp. insurance. Our pricing is considered in the mid-scale for a fully-compliant company. We do not charge for initial consultations or for travel. Our policy is to set a draw schedule that allows us to be paid up to the point of completion. We warrant our work, provide manufacturer warranty registration, where applicable, and make sure our customers are happy before we leave. We will provide 100% turn-key design-build or we can help finish that project that got away from you. We use only new materials supplied by commercial suppliers. We will recommend products that are low maintenance and are environmentally friendly and safe for families. If financing is a question, we can recommend several sources, but we are not connected to them in any way.
