I don’t use sub’s if the job is to big for me I will give the customer a list of companies that can do what they need. I’m working on growing to 5 employees by the end of the year. I’m a paperless company 90% of invoices are e-mail or I can print them out on site for the customer. I take pictures of all work and e-mail them to the customers so they can see what is going on in their home or office.
