About 1st Green Solutions: 1st Green Solutions was founded in 2013 by Kenneth Andrade. We have been doing Renovatoin and Weatherization. Kenneth Andrade is our BPI Home Energy Rater. When we service houses we conduct our home energy ratings using our air infiltration equipment. These will provide us information on where houses are leaking from and how much energy customers are actually losing. After running these multiple tests we inform the customer on what needs to be corrected to have their homes running more energy efficient. We then proceed on sealing all windows, doors, holes, ducts and other leaking areas of the homes according to Oncor Electric Delivery and TDHCA standards. After we have completed these tasks we then run a post test to determine if the homes have been brought down to where it needs to be. Customers will then be explained everything that was performed to their home. We will go over all necessary forms and questions as needed.
