About Kitchens Alive LLC.: We build and install custom pull out shelves for your existing cabinets. We are a Texas owned (non-franchised) company. David Hughes founded the company in 2009 and has 25 years of experience in cabinet making and kitchen design. Our product is made from high quality solid maple or 9 ply Baltic Birch Plywood. There is no particle board or Masonite in our pull out shelves. We use a UV cured polyester finish that will never wear out chip or scratch under normal use. We use full extension ball bearing glides. When a shelf exceeds 24" in width we install a, fully captured 1/2" thick bottom to eliminate any sagging on our 100lb capacity product. We are priced less than other, professional, pull out shelf companies.
