About Mil-Ron Custom Construction: We are a custom design/build firm, operating in Collin County and NE quadrant of Dallas county for 25 years, and in Dec. 2011 Professional Remodeler Magazine, were honored with 34th in the US, based on extensive criteria about who we are and how we do our jobs. We are licensed by State and municipalities we operate in, we are insured and bonded. We use subcontractors that are very carefully screened to be a good fit for our clients and our company, however for the duration of any job, a representative of Mil-Ron Custom is onsite all the time. We are a small company, specializing in helping you create your new living space, whether a small closet or desk work area or a multiple-thousand square foot home, including basement builds--unusual for the Dallas area. We have dozens of builder accounts with many suppliers in the Dallas area, to obtain builder costs on many products with no mark-up by our firm. We are willing to negotiate discounts for members of special groups. We do offer warranties on our work, and always offer free estimates. Our company's goal has always been to create what you have pictured in your mind, with the best possible materials and workmanship, at the best possible price, and to make your build or remodel a fun experience.
