If you do not get a return call within 20 minutes, please call again and repeat the previous instructions. Our service call rate is $65.00 and we charge a diagnostic fee of $52.00. The Diagnostic fee will be waived upon completion of the work by Pool Environments. We offer a preventative maintenance service.
