About Kim's Painting: We are a small family owned business. All work is done by the owner, Mr. Chi. Depending on the size of the job, we subcontract other painters if needed, but Mr. Chi is very prompt and meticulous about his work. Mr. Chi will come out to locations to give free estimates. This gives him a chance to really survey and inspect the area rather than give an inaccurate quote over the phone. We accept cash, checks, and/or money orders only. We require a 30% deposit at the signing of a contract. Depending on the size of the job, the remainder due may be split into different payments during the contract period. Right now we are offering a 10% discount on all contracts!...
