About Blanca's Remodleing: Blanca's Remodeling is a family run company, we are expanding and we have rapidly grown in the past few month as we come in contract, and to sub-contract with bigger and well known companies like Michael and Son, Enterprise Contracting, ect... We are expanding to different areas and people everyday. Our office is managed by family, so you always get that great greeting when you call us. We have 15 full time employees some are new to our staff other have spend years with our company. We have various sub-contractors our self to help strengthen the community. Our billing is very simple and our customers have no complains. We issued an estimate, if you accept to work with us we will draft a contract and sign, then the payment options is 20-30 percent of the full price, another 20-30 percent as the project progresses around mid project and the rest once the project is done. After the project is done you will have a week to pay the final bill. We will issue invoices and receipts to our customers. Our project manager and our office staff will call you at least twice to three times a week to see how satisfied you are with our performance, because we treat you and your home like if it was ours, and we believe communication is key to a great successes. Blanca's Remodeling does not usually offer promotions because we keep our prices at reasonable and market prices, we beat our competition. But when we do make promotions there are a bargain. Promotions are promoted every two months for full remodel of your kitchen or bathroom, to special prices on caret and/or hardwood flooring installation.
