I am a solo practitioner and have one office manager, Danielle. We are located in downtown Bothell on Main Street. I am in network for Premera and Lifewise insurance companies and will soon be contracted with many more! If you don't have insurance or prefer to pay out of pocket, my office visit fee is $85.00. We are closed for lunch between 1pm and 2 pm everyday. We offer a non-corporate feel for your healthcare needs. I spend 30 minutes to 1.5 hours per visit to better understand your health care needs and work with you to create an individual health plan.
