About Charlie's Pc Repair: I am an IT professional and experienced "computer doctor" providing on-site PC repair services in the Bothell / Lynnwood and surrounding areas of Washington. I started this business as a way to make a little extra money helping people who maybe don't have the experience I have with computers. I believe in providing high value to my clients and love to to help them learn about their computers and why they do the things they do. I truly believe that treating people with respect and dignity and providing a positive experience is the best way to grow a business. I work primarily out of a dedicated shop in my home, and I also routinely travel to my clients' homes to service their computers. In-shop repair is billed at $50 per hour and on-site is $75 per hour. Both services carry a $50 service minimum (To help cover my time and travel). I offer a full satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with me or my work, you will not be charged.
