We've concentrated on residential custom building over the years with an emphasis on residential remodeling. We understand that remodeling your home can be a very stressful undertaking and we make every effort to minimize your stress level. Starting with making your dream a reality by coordinating designers, architects and engineers to submitting plans and picking up necessary permits. Once construction begins, we have staff and reliable subcontractors that we have worked with on a consistent basis for a number of years. Great care is taken in respecting your concerns and property especially in maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Over the years we've done almost everything that can be done in residential construction including decks, bath remodels, kitchens, additions and 2nd story remodels. Total Concept Services has 4 employees of our own and we use only the best and most reliable subs for plumbing, electrical, sheet rock, and flooring. Cost is determined by the job. No travel charges.
