RC Construction has been serving King, Pierce and Snohomish Counties since 1988. We are a family owned and operated business, striving to provide quality and value for our clients, whether the job is big or small, commercial or residential, from handyman work to homebuilding. We are fully licensed, bonded and insured.
BILLING:
We are flexible on our billing terms, striving to provide the easiest and most efficient billing cycle for each client. We typically bill ona weekly cycle. Most jobs do require a deposit, and this is usually adjusted to consider the cost of materials required for the project. We are able to provide accurate estimates in a timely manner, or if preferred, can bill on a time + material basis. T&M billing make sense for projects such as rot repair or any projects where it is difficult to assess the extent of work required. Each type of billing has its benefits, and we are happy to explain how they may affect your project.
