I have to physically see the house before starting, that way I can give an exact written estimate of the project. Once I have seen it I usually do my payments in three seperate payments, with checks only. The first payment is due in the initial of the project. The second payment is due In the middle of the project, the final payment is due at the end of the project. If the project is more than $6,000 I will give a 10% discount on the job. I do high quality work, at an affordable price. I have 13 years of experience and 10 years managing my own company....
