I John Brink owner and operator have been specializing in painting since 1986 where I started my mark while attending the University of Washington where I graduated with a BA in economics. Since then I have expanded from residential and commercial interior and exterior painting to a full service contractor in repairs, remodeling, and water, fire and mold restoration and remediation commercially and residentially. Sub contractors are only used on specialty services ie electrical and plumbing. For emergency services all pricing is insurance industry standard and for general contracting we have a price match guarentee meaning we will match or beat the competitors pricing. Trip Charges and initial service fees are not applicable in our covered areas unless it is an emergency service in which an initial service fee will be applied.
