About Dan The Handyman: In business since 2000. We are a licensed general contractor specializing in small to mid-sized remodeling jobs. We offer full service contractor services to the person with a small job. Plumbing and electric work is sub-contracted using people we have experience working with focusing on best value in low price for best quality. We do not have employees but operate a small partnership under the LLC title. Payment for services are generally payment on satisfactory completion, however larger jobs do require a down payment to amount to at a minimum the amount estimated for materials. We accept major credit cards. Our winter prices are seasonally adjusted down to provide and incentive for people to have a lower cost if they choose to do the job in the cold weather.
