About Settlement Hill Design: We are a full service provider of all exterior landscaping services starting with landscape design and working all the way through to completion of the landscape project; which may include retaining walls, patios, irrigation systems, plantings, lighting, water features, property maintenance including lawn mowing- fertilizer- spring and fall yard clean up- shrub pruning-, commercial and residential property maintenance, deck, arbor, gazebos, and porch design and construction, outdoor kitchen design and installation. We also have an Interior Design and Construction Division providing the following services, Home Design, Space planning, Room and House staging, Kitchen & Bath Design, Home Organization, Closet & Storage Systems, Window Treatments, Home Accessories, Customized Furnishings, Office Design- both Home & Business office. We currently have 5 full time employees, and plan on hiring additional part-time employees. We have been certified through the Minnesota Nursery & Landscape Association since 1992, as landscape professionals. For the past 25 years, Settlement Hill Design has been reuniting the interior along with the exterior of homes throughout the St. Croix Valley area. We always offer our current clients a Gift Certificate for dinner at their choice, with every referral client that they pass our way. If the referral client then becomes a customer, we offer special discounts on services depending on the scope of the project. We are located on 8 acres just south east of Hudson, Wisconsin. It is a small hobby farm with a large barn in the middle of the property.
