About Artistic Design: We are a company that works with both General Contractors and Home Owners. We have 5 employees all covered with L & I and are paid as employees, so they have all the necessary credentials as employees. With General Contractors we require 50% down upon completion of the stock/hang/scrap and the remainder billed out before the 25th of the month and paid in full by the 10th. of the following month. In regard to Home Owners we are looking at in regard to small jobs smaller than $500 to be paid upon completion, anything above $500 is to be 50% to start and 50% upon completion.
