He is a 1999 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Medical College of Virginia, and also received an Advanced Education in General Dentistry in 2000 at The Ohio University. Dr. Ngo was initially drawn to the Ballard neighborhood due to its charm and proximity to church, so in 2005 He purchased his first home there. He is eager to serve the community in which he lives, by providing dentistry at reasonable rates, accepting most insurances, and being available with flexible evening and weekend hours.
